Patrick has developed, opened, and influenced many of the leading Food Retail stores and Foodhalls over the years, along with Hotel Groups, Restaurants and Hospitality projects he has become an industry figurehead, opinion former, renowned Consultant and much Celebrated Michelin Starred Chef & Restaurateur, a leader in his industry.
